At Botasmooth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness and beauty journey. We offer a 60-day return window, giving you 60 days from the date you receive your shipment to request a return or exchange.


1. Eligibility Requirements for Returns

To qualify for a successful return, your items must remain in the exact condition in which they arrived. This means they must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and unaltered.

  • Complete with all original tags attached.

  • Enclosed in their original, undamaged packaging.

To verify your request, we also require a valid receipt, invoice, or alternative proof of purchase associated with your Botasmooth account.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please contact our support team directly at admin@botasmooth.com.

If your return request meets our criteria and is accepted, our team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label along with comprehensive instructions detailing how and where to dispatch your package.

Please Note: Any items sent back to our facilities without a previously approved return request will not be processed or accepted for a refund.


3. Shipping Damages and Immediate Product Issues

We highly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice that an item is broken, defective, structurally damaged, or if you received an incorrect product, please reach out to us right away. This allows our compliance team to quickly review the error and implement an immediate solution.


4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Due to strict hygiene, health, and safety regulations, certain types of merchandise cannot be returned to Botasmooth. These exclusions include:

  • Personal Care Products: Opened or used beauty formulas, skincare solutions, oils, and topical serums.

  • Perishable Items: Dietary supplements, ingestibles, or wellness goods with broken safety seals.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or products containing regulated chemical agents.

  • Promotional Items: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for gift cards or items purchased during clearance and final sale events.


5. Exchanges

The most efficient way to secure a replacement product is to process a return for your current item using the steps outlined above. Once your return is received and formally accepted by our warehouse, you can independently place a fresh order for the new product through our digital storefront.


6. Processing Your Refund

Once your returned package is received at our facility, our logistics team will inspect the items. We will immediately notify you via email to confirm receipt and let you know if the refund has been approved based on the condition of the goods.

If approved, your refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that banking institutions and credit card issuers often require additional processing windows to finalize and post transactions to your account statements.

If more than 15 business days have elapsed since Botasmooth formally approved your refund and you have not received the funds, please contact our support team at admin@botasmooth.com so we can investigate the transaction.
